Ascension - Mankind's next step forward

What is ascension? Some say it's reaching peace of mind, others say it's learning the secrets of life and some even say it's using all our brain. For now lets call ascension a step up from our current state.

Religion

In religion ascension is defined in many ways and by different cults and religions, but the end result is still the same: ascending to heaven without dieing, or in other words, going up a step.

Being viewed as God's gift, ascension is said to be granted to those worthy, those who are truly exceptional in both character and actions, ones that would fight for a just cause, that would defend the weak and speak the truth even if it brought them death, but most importantly, they would not renounce what they believed in no matter what happened to them. In other words, true believers. Adaptations to these simple rules have been seen in crusader's oath during the religious crusades.

It is a general idea that the course of life is fixed. One must be born, live his life and then die in order to reach the next plain of his existence. However all along, an alternative was set in stone, but the means to reach that were so strict, so severe, they required so much devotion that people could not conceive it.

Modern times

Over the past few hundred years, our world has been stricken by wars, famine and economical uncertaneity, since then, man has slowly steered away from relegion and kept traditions just as means to keep a certain normality to life and not try to understand the unknown.

Groups of people around the world have started to believe that there is another way to ascend. This belief has been brought up by a need to explain the unexplicable and as a way to bring some sense to the limits of our lifetime.

Ascending - The Need

This belief, even thought it does revolve around the same general idea, has so many different interpretations and so many different ways of achieving it that it's very hard, and confusing, for one to try to understand and achieve it.

But i think it's about time we start to understand that need and strip it to it's basic components:

1. Power - Ascending to the next plane of existance is said to give one unimaginable power.
2. Sanity - Life is short and the unknown is dreadful, ascension is proof, to some, that there is life after death, or rather this is not all
3. Human Nature - It is our nature to want more, to take something and then, expect more. Our ongoing thirst for knowledge and power, our legacy founded deep in our roots.

Attaining Ascension - First steps

In our time, the average human being has noticed both an increase and a decline at the same time. There are either very smart people either stupid people. And although the ratio is disturbing we cannot do anything but try and hope for the best.

However attempts to reach ascension are being made. With breakthroughs such as levitation, telepathy, mind reading, out of body experience, etc.

Out of all, three stand in front: astral projections or otherwise known as out of body experiences, and levitation. In order to reach these waypoints, you must be able to grasp the concept. You must embrance optimism, and you must rid yourself of the idea of realism since what our perception of real is very limited.

Telepathic links

There is however one of the three that has been achieved by humans worldwide without them even knowing: mind-body link between two or more people or somewhat more of an telepathic link.

Although to control and even harder to realise that you have it, it is one of the easiest to both explain. A mind-body link is already established when we are born. It gets stronger as we grow older and its established between two people who love each other deeply. It has a close connection to soul mates, but is not limited to that.

Although hard, other telepathic links can be made during our lifetimes. In order for this to happen you need to be synchronized with the person you wish to have it. The actual desire and synchronization is made involuntarily and is achieved by having strong feelings, like love (be it love for one another, for your mate, or family) towards that person, and vice verso. 

Once the link is made you will find that feelings, both emotional and physical are shared between the peers. You will be able to pick up on signals sent to you, and be able to respond to them in an instant. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. There is something there, we are just barelly realising it.

Ascended?

Although there are no scientific recordings of ascensions, it can be achieved. You just have to trust yourself and others. You have to be one with the world and see beyond the simple limitations of this world, like money, power, greed, hatred.
