That's what we all want, a world in which we can eat or drink what and when we want and not have to suffer the consequences. Wouldn't it be nice to just stay fit and healthy no matter what we ate? Wouldn't it be nice to not have to worry about gaining weight?
Is it even possible?
YES! Yes, it is! And the answer comes with a solution as well. And the solution is... *drums banging* ... *feel the curiosity burning within you* ... FRUITS! Yes, my friend, fruits are the answer to this. Of course it's not the full answer but be patient, i'm going to tell you everything soon enough.
Part 1 - Moderation
You must remember that i said eat what you want, when you want but not however much you want. The key to staying healthy has always been and will remain forever and ever, moderation. Basicly, nothing you take in high amounts have good results for you. For example, did you know that the best solution for avoiding heart problems is 20 g of dark chocolate once every 3 days? Anything more then that and you'll have to face the consequences. So remember MODERATION!
Part 2 - Freshness
Eat at least something fresh and natural now and then. Fruits are good for you in almost all forms. Best part is that they can be made into so many forms and can be helpful for you in that many ways. From raw to preserved, from squeezed to pies, and so on and so forth, there is bound to be at least one way that will suit your tastes, i can guarantee it.
Part 3 - Variety
This is as important as all the rest. Around the world there are over 1000 different species of fruit available more then 10% of which are present almost anywhere on the globe. Keep your life interesting, your taste buds on their toes and your health at your best.
There are various ways in which you can take on diversity and variety. One in particular is the best you can get: eat within season. This is good for various reasons, but two of them pop into my mind. First one is the economical reason. Fruit in season is always cheaper since it's more available, which means more goodie goodness for your body and more money in your pockets. Second reason is the detoxifying effect season fruits have.
Natural order of things
There is no reason we shouldn't follow it. Yes, technology has changed and availabilty of all types of fruits and yes we can opt for a...let's say different, scheme of things. In which we mix season and out of season fruits and vegetables whenever and however we want. But having this type of freedom isn't necesarily best.
